To ensure product integrity, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards, returns are accepted only under the specific conditions outlined below.
📦 Within 15 Days – Damaged / Wrong / Expired Product
You may request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery if:
• The product is damaged, leaking, or expired upon delivery.
• You received the wrong item or variant by mistake.
Conditions for Return:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
• The original invoice and order details must be provided for verification.
• The product has been used, opened, or not in its original condition.
• The return request is made after 15 days from the delivery date.
• The return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, taste, or preference).
• The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or third-party platform not affiliated with Mesfelife Pharma Private Limited.

Please provide the following details:
• Your Order ID and registered contact number
• A clear reason for return
• Photo/video proof showing the issue (e.g., damaged or wrong product)
Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours with the next steps.
• Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to share their UPI ID or bank account details to process the refund.
• In case of approved replacements, new items will be shipped immediately after return verification.
• Depending on your location, a reverse pickup may be arranged by our logistics partner.
• If reverse pickup is not available, you may self-ship the product to our designated address and share the courier receipt.
• Courier reimbursement (up to ₹100) may be provided upon approval and verification.
For international customers, return or refund requests are accepted only in cases where the product is:
• Damaged
• Leaking
• Wrong item received
• Expired upon delivery
Guidelines:
• Notify us within 10 days of delivery.
• Products must be self-shipped to our India facility.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and verification of the returned item.
Please note that customs duties or international shipping charges are non-refundable.
